Meet Kelly✨ . . . Kelly is a 4th generation Florida native and throughout her career has worked in every aspect of the salon industry. She started out working for a Paul Mitchell Haircare distributor where she fell in love with the industry. While in hair school she took a job as a salon receptionist and continued onto salon assistant before graduating and beginning her career as a stylist. With nearly 20 years of experience her specialties include Keratin smoothing treatments and hair color.✨

Meet Buffie✨ . . . Buffie began her career as a stylist at Suncoast Academy of hair Design in Sarasota, Fl. Buffie has trained under Master Stylist from Paul Mitchell, Redken, and Vaughn. Continuing education is an important role for Buffie in understanding her clients up to date needs. Specializing in many services, such as men and women’s haircuts, highlights, Keratin complex treatments and hair extensions. After 21 years in the industry, Buffie prides herself on her relationships and helping her clients’s feel their best.✨

Meet Neftaly✨ . . . Neftaly is proud of over 25 years in the industry as a hairstylist. Neftaly believes it is a gift to help clients feel and look their best. She enjoys various color techniques like Highlighting, Ombres, Balayage, and Color. Neftaly also has certifications in various extensions applications like Ktips, Itips, Tapes, and Wefts. She also enjoys Hair cutting, Styling, Perms, Bridal/Prom Hair and various Keratin Treatments. She is a HUGE believer in continuing education classes to keep up with the latest trends. Neftaly looks forward to seeing you and using her skills to make you look and feel good!

Meet Vanessa✨ . . . Vanessa is a professional master stylist at The Shop Salon. She is a Tampa native and received her cosmetology degree at the AVEDA Institute. She absolutely loves what she does and considers hair to be her life. Vanessa enjoys making her clients look and feel their best. She specializes in all color, precision cutting, and curly hair. Vanessa is also trained in balayage, baby lights, ombre, color melts, and foils. Additional professional services include color corrections, extensions, keratin treatments, and on-location hair and make-up for weddings and photoshoots. Vanessa's highest priority is to provide an experience rather than just a service.

Meet Lori✨ . . . Lori is originally a Texas gal who relocated to Tampa in 2002. She attended cosmetology school at the Odessa Cosmetology School in Midland, Texas and worked for Ray-Clark Salon in Texas before moving to Tampa. She specializes in haircuts, hair styles, highlights, color, perms/relaxers and waxing. Lori is also certified in the Keratin Complex Smoothing Treatment by Coppola. Lori prides herself in always seeking to better her skills through classes, seminars and shows.

Meet Shop Owner, Sandy Cothron ✨ . . . Sandy is a lifelong Tampa girl who graduated from Tampa Bay Tech. She’s not only participated in numerous continuing education programs by both Paul Mitchell and Redken, but Sandy is also certified in Great Lengths Hair Extensions. She specializes in a variety of areas including, but not limited to, haircuts, highlights, hair extensions, styles, relaxers and waxing. After working in the industry for fifteen years, Sandy decided to go out on her own and have her very own salon, and just like that The Shop Salon was born.
